The 2024 Annual Congress of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR 2024) is a four day congress dedicated to basic, preclinical and translational cancer research across a wide breadth of topics. It will highlight the latest research and bring together the cancer research community to inspire innovation and build knowledge, connections and collaborations.

Travel Grants available for students
We’re awarding Travel Grants to support members of the European Association for Cancer Research who need financial assistance to attend the Congress and present their work as an oral or poster presentation. Each EACR Travel Grant includes a free registration and funds to support travel and accommodation costs.
We have two eligibility categories:
- Student and Early Career EACR members with less than 4-years postdoctoral experience
- EACR members who are based in a country with a low- or middle-income economy
There is no maximum amount you can apply for, but we expect applicants to choose the best value travel and accommodation possible, and we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to cover the full amount that applicants have applied for.
